Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, using ZentryCloud's free web hosting or paid VPN service, or commissioning a website through OD Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Free web hosting

ZentryCloud provides free web hosting subject to the following conditions:

• Hosting is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees beyond reasonable best effort.
• Accounts used for illegal content, malware distribution, phishing, spam, or abuse of shared resources may be suspended or terminated without notice.
• We do not place advertisements on hosted websites.
• Free accounts may be subject to fair-use limits on storage, bandwidth, or CPU usage to keep the service sustainable for everyone.
• We reserve the right to reclaim inactive free accounts after an extended period of no activity.

3. Paid VPN service

The ZentryCloud VPN is a separate, paid service. Access is tied to an active subscription. Misuse of the VPN for illegal activity is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. OD Studio website design service

OD Studio designs and delivers custom static websites under a one-time payment model:

• Published pricing covers small business or portfolio-style static websites only; e-commerce stores are quoted separately.
• Free hosting on ZentryCloud infrastructure is included with each plan at the time of delivery.
• Content updates or design changes requested after delivery may incur a separate maintenance cost, agreed with you in advance.
• You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information required to build your site, and for ensuring you have the rights to use any material you provide.
• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope and how quickly requested content is provided.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or other users' accounts.
• Send unsolicited bulk communication (spam) from our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of liability

ZentryCloud and OD Studio are provided on a best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our free or paid services, including data loss or service interruptions.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
